Clemson rallied from a 28-10 deficit Saturday to down Boston College, 34-28. Clemson hit the locker room down 28-13 after B.T. Potter somehow converted on a 50-yard attempt that looked like it was going to be wide right before curving back to split the uprights.

Swinney has raved over his placekicker and punter Will Spiers this season for their consistency and execution. We saw that again on Saturday from both of those guys with Spiers averaging 48 yards on three punts including a long of 60. Potter missed his first ever PAT but connected on a pair of Field Goals.

Potter took to twitter after the game to have a little fun with ‘curve ball kick’ which proved to be a crucial for Clemson down the stretch.
